To get to Rosewood Country House you have to first take a ferry from
Horseshoe Bay. The first shot is at a small parkette next to the 
Horseshoe Bay  ferry docks. 

The Nanaimo Ferry can be seen in the distance. The trip (which by the way,
is not to the island but up the coast) is about 35 minutes in length
crossing Howe Sound.
